Yes Clean Ears is registered as a Class A Medical Device with HSA.
2. How do I use Clean Ears?
For ear wax removal
Children: One puff in each ear, 3 times a day until the ear wax dissolves or for 1 week.
Adults: Two puffs in each ear, 3 times a day until the ear wax dissolves or for 1 week.
If symptoms persist please see your doctor.
For prevention of ear wax
One puff in each ear 1-2 times a week
3. Do I need to tilt the head?
No you don't have to. Just spray and go.4. Do I need to hold the spray in your ears for 10mins?
No you don't have to.
Flip the nozzle clockwise/anticlockwise horizontally and spray 1-2 puff in each ear. Wipe off the excess oil that flows from the ears. Do not use a cotton bud to dig out the wax. The ear wax will be softened and migrate out on its own.
6. How long does it take to work?
This varies from person to person. For some it could be within a day or two. For others it may take as long as a week.
7. Can it be used on babies?
Yes it can be safely used on babies 3 months and above. (Please refer to the clinical study)

9. Warnings and precautions
Clean Ears should not be used in patients with perforated ear drums (This is a standard precaution for all ear wax removal products).
10. How long can Clean Ears be used?
Each Clean Ear container (15ml) should be able to give you 120 sprays of 0.12ml/ spray. Depending on the frequency of usage typically each Clean Ears should last you any where between 1-3 months or longer.

12. What is Clean Ears made of?
Squalene (derived from olive oil) (25%) - Has a similar composition to earwax but in liquid form. When it's sprayed into the ear the squalene collides with the cerumen and through imparting its kinetic energy, it partially liquifies the earwax.
Spearmint Oil (0.05%). Warms the ear canal and provides a pleasant smell.
Mineral oil) (74.95%). Irrigates the ear and removes the liquified earwax.
13. How long has Clean Ears been used in other parts of the world?
Although Clean Ears is relatively new in Singapore, it has been used in many other countries for as long as 10 years.
14. Can I share Clean Ears with other family members?
For hygiene reasons its preferable not to , just like you would not share toothbrushes. But if you do want to share it, just wipe the nozzle with a disinfectant before letting others use.
15. Is this sold at the pharmacy or at any retail outlets?
No, currently Clean Ears is only sold online.
16. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) service?
